# Switch From TeamSnap: Export Your League Data > Step-by-step: export rosters, members and your schedule from TeamSnap, with links to TeamSnap's own help articles, then move your league to DugoutHQ free. TeamSnap has no direct connection to DugoutHQ, and its own help says a roster export cannot be loaded straight into another team. What it can give you is CSV rosters and a schedule file. Here is how to get each one out, taken from TeamSnap's help centre, and what happens after you send them to us. ## Export From TeamSnap These steps come from TeamSnap's own help centre, linked under each one. Menus change; if a button has moved, the linked article is the latest word. ### Organization members (TeamSnap for Business) 1. Sign in to TeamSnap for Business. 2. Open Programs in the left menu and choose the season. 3. Click the division that holds the roster you want. 4. Open Members in the left navigation and click Export Members. 5. Check your email: TeamSnap sends the export to the address you log in with. Repeat for each division. TeamSnap emails the file rather than downloading it. Log in to TeamSnap. 2. Click the Roster tab. 3. Click Export, then Export CSV File. The CSV holds what is on each member's contact card. TeamSnap says profile photos and custom fields are not included. Open TeamSnap in a web browser and go to the team's Schedule tab. 2. Open the schedule settings and choose the sync or export option. 3. Click Export Text File at the bottom of the page. It is a text file, not a spreadsheet; open it in Excel or Google Sheets. We can work from it as is. Send us your league details Fill in the form below with your league name and tell us you are coming from TeamSnap. That is all we need to start. ### 2. We tell you where to look We look at how your league was set up and send back a specific list of what we need and where it usually survives — your own files, old emails, captains’ spreadsheets, archived pages. Not a generic checklist. ### 3. We do the rebuilding You send us the files. We run them through our bulk importers — schedules, rosters, free agents, and stats all load from spreadsheets — and set up your divisions, standings rules, and league site. ### 4. You review, then go live Nothing is public until you say so. Check the rosters, fix what we got wrong, and publish when your season is ready. No. There is no direct integration. You export spreadsheets from TeamSnap, and we load them with our bulk importers for schedules, rosters, free agents and stats, then finish the setup by hand. ### What does the move cost? Nothing. We rebuild the league for free, and running it on DugoutHQ is free; the only fee is 5% on registrations collected by card. ### Should we switch mid-season? Usually not. Most leagues export at the end of a season and set up DugoutHQ before registration opens. Export your data now anyway, while you still have access. ### Can coaches keep using TeamSnap for their teams? Yes.
