About Us
Built at the Diamond, for the Diamond
DugoutHQ exists so the people who make grassroots baseball and softball happen — convenors, umpires, captains, and players — spend less time on logistics and more time on the game.
Why DugoutHQ Exists
Every league runs on a handful of volunteers doing unpaid second jobs: building schedules in spreadsheets, chasing e-transfers, texting umpires, and reposting scores to Facebook at midnight. The games are amazing. The logistics burn people out.
DugoutHQ puts the whole operation in one place — schedule generation, online registration and payments, live scoring, player stats, umpire crews, and league websites — so running a season feels less like a part-time job and more like being part of the game.
We're built for the baseball and softball community worldwide: slo-pitch leagues, competitive tournaments, points series, and the umpire crews that keep them honest.
One Platform, Every Role
Convenors run their events from the dashboard. Teams and free agents sign up through registration. Players track their careers on the players portal. Fans follow live schedules, standings, and results on public event pages. And every league can put its best foot forward with its own website.
Captains, players, and fans never need to wonder what time the game is, what the standings are, or whether the diamond changed — it's all live, all in one place, on every phone at the park.
