Four Steps, Mostly On Us
1. Send us your league details
Fill in the form below with your league name and your old LeagueLineup address. That is all we need to start.
2. We tell you where to look
We look at how your league was set up and send back a specific list of what we need and where it usually survives — your own files, old emails, captains’ spreadsheets, archived pages. Not a generic checklist.
3. We do the rebuilding
You send us the files. We run them through our bulk importers — schedules, rosters, free agents, and stats all load from spreadsheets — and set up your divisions, standings rules, and league site.
4. You review, then go live
Nothing is public until you say so. Check the rosters, fix what we got wrong, and publish when your season is ready.

What We Can Bring Over
Anything you can get out of your old platform as a spreadsheet, we can get into DugoutHQ. Photos and long-form page content are the exceptions — those you supply and we place.
Schedules
Games load from a spreadsheet, with fuzzy matching on team names and diamonds so "6" resolves to "Diamond 6" without you cleaning every row by hand.
Rosters
Players, contact details, and team assignments, bulk-loaded per event.
Free agents
Individual registrants and waitlists come across as their own import.
Player statistics
Batting and pitching numbers, so your career leaders survive the move.
Divisions and standings rules
We set up your divisions, points, and tiebreaker order to match your constitution. This part is configuration, not import.

Questions About Switching
Which platforms can you move us from?
Any of them, because the process does not depend on the platform. There is no direct integration with LeagueLineup, TeamSnap, SportsEngine, Jersey Watch, or anyone else. What we need is your data as spreadsheets — which nearly every platform can produce — and we handle the rest.
What does the migration cost?
Nothing. There is no charge for the migration, and running your league on DugoutHQ is free with no subscription. The one fee is 5% on registrations you collect by credit card; e-transfer and cash registrations carry no fee.
How long does it take?
Usually a few days from when we have your files, for a typical rec league. The slow part is almost always getting exports out of your old platform, not loading them into ours.
Can we move between seasons instead of mid-season?
Yes, and most leagues should. The natural time to switch is over the off-season, before registration opens. The exception is if your current platform is shutting down — then export your data now and move when it suits you.
What if our data is a mess?
It usually is, and that is normal. Inconsistent team names, players entered twice, three spellings of the same diamond. Our importers do fuzzy matching to absorb a lot of it, and we clean up the rest before you ever see it.
Does DugoutHQ support sports other than baseball and softball?
No. Baseball, softball, and slo-pitch only. If your organization runs other sports, they will need a different platform.
