This part matters whether or not you ever talk to us. When a platform shuts down, the public pages stop loading and there is nobody left to ask. Work through this list now, while the site is still up.
Team rosters and player contact lists
The hardest thing to rebuild from memory, and the thing your season actually runs on. Names, emails, phone numbers, jersey numbers.
This season’s schedule
Dates, times, diamonds, and matchups. If you are mid-season, this is what keeps games happening while you switch.
Standings and final results
Champions, records, and placements. Screenshot the standings page for every division if there is no export.
Historical statistics
Career batting and pitching numbers going back years. This is the data leagues grieve losing, and nobody thinks about it until it is gone.
Registration records and payment history
Who paid, how much, and when. You may need it for your books and for next year’s returning-player pricing.
Photo albums
Right-click and save, album by album. Tedious, but they are irreplaceable and no export button will do it for you.
Sponsor logos and contact details
Your sponsors paid for that placement. Save the artwork at full resolution before the site goes dark.
Your domain registrar login
If you bought a domain through LeagueLineup, find out where it is registered and confirm you control it. This one has a hard deadline you cannot undo.

Free and Ad-Supported, Same as Before
You picked LeagueLineup because running a rec league does not come with a budget. Every alternative being pitched to you right now wants a subscription. We do not.
Running your league on DugoutHQ is free, supported by ads on your public pages — the same arrangement you already had. Two things cost money and both are optional: an ad-free upgrade for an event, one-time, starting at $19 CAD, and a 5% platform fee on registrations you take by credit card. Collect by e-transfer or cash and there is no fee at all. Migrating costs nothing.
We are telling you the fee up front because you would find it eventually, and finding it later is worse.

The trade-off
Two Sports, Done Properly
LeagueLineup covered seven sports. We cover baseball and softball. If your organization runs hockey or basketball too, that is a real problem and you should weigh it — we are not going to pretend otherwise.
What you get in exchange is software that knows the difference between baseball and everything else:
- Slo-pitch ERA calculated over seven innings, not nine
- On-base percentage that correctly excludes hit-by-pitch for slo-pitch
- The Slo-Pitch National rulebook preloaded and editable for your umpire crew
- Mens, Ladies, and Coed divisions, with gender quotas in the player draft
- Diamond and park handling built for how ball fields are actually booked
How the move works
We Do the Rebuilding, Not You
To be clear about the mechanism: there is no button that connects the two platforms. You export spreadsheets, we load them through our bulk importers and finish the setup by hand. A person does this.

Fill in the form below with your league name and current site address. That is all we need to start.
2. We tell you exactly what to export
We look at what your league is running and send back a specific list of what to download before August 31, 2026 — not a generic checklist. Some of it you have to pull yourself, and we will be clear about which parts.
3. We do the rebuilding
You send us the files. We run them through our bulk importers — schedules, rosters, free agents, and stats all load from spreadsheets — and set up your divisions, standings rules, and league site.
4. You review, then go live
Nothing is public until you say so. Check the rosters, fix what we got wrong, and publish when your season is ready.

If you bought a domain through LeagueLineup, do this today: find out which registrar actually holds it and confirm you can log in. That is the one item on the checklist you cannot fix after the fact.
Your DugoutHQ league site lives at yourleague.sites.dugouthq.com. Once it is live, set a forwarding rule at your registrar pointing your domain there, and the address on your jerseys and dugout signs keeps working.
Being precise about what that is: forwarding, not hosting. Visitors typing your domain will land on the right page, but the browser bar will show the dugouthq.com address. Hosting your domain directly is something we want to support and do not yet.

Questions Commissioners Are Asking
Is my league’s data gone after LeagueLineup shuts down?
Assume yes. Once a platform goes offline, public pages stop resolving and there is no support desk to appeal to. Anything you have not downloaded before August 31, 2026 should be treated as lost. Export first, then decide where you are going — in that order.
Can you recover our old stats for us?
Only what is still publicly reachable while the site is up, and we cannot promise how much that is. We are not able to get anything back after it goes dark. This is why the export checklist comes before our sales pitch on this page.
Is this an automatic import? Do you connect to LeagueLineup?
No, and we want to be straight about that. There is no direct connection between the two platforms. You export spreadsheets, and we run them through our bulk import tools — the same ones that handle schedules, rosters, free agents, and player stats — and finish the setup by hand. A person does this, not a button.
How long does the move take?
For a typical rec league with a dozen teams, a few days from the point we have your files. Larger multi-division leagues take longer. The bottleneck is almost always how quickly you can get the exports out.
What does DugoutHQ cost?
Running your league is free — the same free-with-ads arrangement you had on LeagueLineup. Two optional things cost money: an ad-free upgrade for an event (one-time, from $19 CAD, priced by event size) and a 5% platform fee on registrations you collect by credit card. If you take registration by e-transfer or cash, there is no fee. No subscription, and no charge for the migration itself.
We bought our domain through LeagueLineup — can we keep it?
Probably, but check now rather than in September. Find out which registrar actually holds the domain and confirm you can log in and control it. Your DugoutHQ league site lives at yourleague.sites.dugouthq.com, and you can point your own domain at it using your registrar’s forwarding setting. Be aware that is forwarding, not hosting: visitors will see the dugouthq.com address in the browser bar. Direct custom domain hosting is something we want to build, but it does not exist today.
Do we have to move mid-season?
No. Export your data before the deadline, then move whenever it suits you — plenty of leagues will finish their season and switch over the winter, ahead of spring registration. The export is the part with a deadline. The move is not.
Is DugoutHQ only for baseball and softball?
Yes, and that is deliberate. We do not support other sports at all. The upside is that everything is built the way baseball and softball actually work — slo-pitch ERA calculated over seven innings, on-base percentage that excludes hit-by-pitch, the Slo-Pitch National rulebook preloaded for your umpires, and Mens, Ladies, and Coed divisions with coed draft quotas. If your organization also runs other sports, they will need somewhere else to live.
What if we are not ready to decide until spring?
That is completely normal, and it is when most leagues actually choose. Send us your details anyway so we have your league on file, get your data exported before the deadline, and we will pick it up whenever you are ready to set up your season.
