TeamLinkt Review 2026: Pricing, Add-ons, Pros & Cons
TeamLinkt is a generous platform: the Core plan is free for the whole organization and covers registration, payments, scheduling, chat, team apps and a website. The add-ons are priced in the open. The catch for a league is that tournaments, brackets and officials assigning sit in a $425-a-year add-on, and the payment processing rate is a conversation with sales.
What TeamLinkt Is
TeamLinkt describes itself as one place for registration, scheduling and communication for sports organizations. It lists clubs and associations, leagues, governing bodies, parks and recreation and tournament organizers as customers, across a long list of sports that includes baseball, softball and slo-pitch.
The free Core plan includes custom registration forms and payment collection with installment plans, group chat and direct messages, season schedules with calendar sync, free iOS and Android team apps, live scoring, a website builder and reporting. Its homepage says more than 3,500 sports organizations use it.
TeamLinkt Pricing
Core is $0 for the whole organization, with no trial period. Two add-ons cost $425 a year each, or both together as the Full Platform for $795 a year. The page does not name a currency. Payment processing is charged per transaction at a rate that "varies by size and volume": you ask sales for yours.

What It Does Well
- The free Core covers far more than most free plans
- Add-on prices are published, not quoted
- Group chat and free team apps for players and parents
- Works across many sports in one organization
Where It Falls Short
- Tournaments, brackets and officials assigning need the $425/yr Operations add-on
- The payment processing rate is not published
- The pricing page does not say which currency the prices are in
- Not built only for baseball: no diamond-by-diamond park scheduling or umpire crews with their own rulesets
Keep TeamLinkt If
- You run several sports or a whole association
- Team chat and a team app matter more to you than league tools
- You want fundraising, sponsorship or an online store in the same place
Look Elsewhere If
- You run a baseball, softball or slo-pitch league and want brackets and umpires without an add-on
- You want to know the payment fee before you sign up
- You would rather someone moved your league over for you
